Andri Yadi is the founder and CEO of PT. Dycode Cominfotech Development (DyCode), a dynamic startup ISV, an early technology adopter, and the winner of Microsoft Indonesia's Startup Micro ISV Award 2007. Andri is a geek, an educator, and an entrepreneur in Information Technology field. Personally, Andri is nice, fun, empathic, adaptable, self-motivated, highly dedicated, and open minded person. He is a movie, gadget, and coffee freak, and also has interest in photography and music.
As a geek, Andri is a coder, system architect, business analyst, IT pro, and project manager for 10 years experiences and has been involved in more than 20 software development projects. He has become a coder since 15 years old, make coding has become a hobby and a job of living for him. He has expertise in multi platform technologies, started from open source technologies and currently focus to Microsoft .NET framework. He is a natural and fast learner, and always passionate in exploring and adopting latest technologies. Under his leadership, DyCode has been considered as early adopter of several .NET latest technologies, such as: ASP.NET 3.5, ASP.NET AJAX, LINQ, Silverlight, VSTO, and WCF. Back in the beginning of 2006, while ASP.NET "Atlas"(currently named as ASP.NET AJAX) is still CTP, he led successful implementations of ASP.NET Atlas in several mid-large software projects. He's also responsible for the usage of VSTO Excel Add-In to develop Microsoft Excel-based vessel scheduling tool to support maritime port management, that currently become one of DyCode's business focus. In software development, he likes to develop frameworks, libraries, and controls. He is the mastermind behind software architecture, framework, and best practices used in DyCode. In geek community, Andri is active in INDC mailing list and blogging some interesting topics in INDC Geeks Blog.
As an educator, Andri was a lecturer of Q-College, a well-known IT college in Bandung for 3 years. He has become a trainer of several trainings in .NET, Java, and PHP since 2002. Currently, he is often involved in .NET developer community as a frequent speaker at several events, such as: MSDN day, Expert Gym, and other Microsoft Indonesia's events. He also often delivers speaking in several entrepreneurial talks.
As an entrepreneur, Andri has co-founded three IT companies prior to DyCode since 2003. In the beginning of 2007 he co-founded his fourth company, DyCode, and he will devote his life to DyCode for the rest of his life, hopefully. Under his leadership, DyCode has been turned into a well known and strategic ISV within less than one year.
